I grew up next to strawberry fields and lemon groves in Southern California, then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area for the city life. Now, I live in a cozy home in Waterloo, Iowa with my partner and cuddly cat.

I usually host, but I'll be traveling throughout Eastern Iowa for business meetings and would love to get to know my new community. I enjoy hosting just as much as traveling if not more. I can do energy healing with you if you like. I trained in energy healing with Healing in America in Ojai, CA. I also love to cook, and really want to learn how you do food. I worked for a non-profit cooking school called 18 Reasons (18reasons.org) in San Francisco, where I got the expand my understanding of ingredients, techniques, and culture.
