ABOUT ME

i'm a dancer, a linguist (in the making), and a traveler; i approach dance as a language and language as a dance. if you dance, any kind, we will have a lot to talk about. my biggest challenge right now is learning to dance vallenato with a straight face, and my biggest claim to fame is that i am NOT a gringa/guiri on the dance floor.

i have unquenchable wanderlust, but i put down roots wherever i wander; i'm at home and a stranger wherever i go.

just one?? i hiked the rim of the grand canyon right before a blizzard. i was 11 and delighted to race against the front of snow and lightning-laden clouds.
