I strong respect the physical and worldly form. One of the reasons i train so hard in the gym. Every mental thought has to translate to physical action to take meaning. Its not the thought that counts, its the actions that counts.

We can think and talk about something endlessly but the only time where its essence is realised is when its followed up by action. We can say 'I care for my friend' but if we never do anything to show how much they mean to us, none of these thoughts have any weight. Remember their birthdays, send them a text. Buy them little treats sometimes. Smile like you can't contain your happiness when you see them.
