Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is a beautiful way to meet new people and be introduced properly to another city, country or culture. There is always something to learn and share.

Interests

I really enjoy the sea, it is my absolute favourite place. Every summer I sail in Denmark as a seascout with my friends, where we live on the boats and sail from harbour to harbour. Just recently I have bought my own boat with two friends, which I am very excited about.
As a hobby I practice Taekwondo, I have been doing this for almost 13 years, and just earned my black belt last summer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music of almost all kinds but metal. Especially Michael Kiwanuka, Pink Floyd, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. At the moment I listen a lot to Alt-J and Asgeir Trausti.

I enjoyed reading the serie Game of Thrones and watching the serie as well. I am a big fan of fantasy and have always loved Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living on a boat in the Philippines for seven weeks, exploring the sea by diving, without a doubt the most beautiful experience I have ever had.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I once read on another couchsurfer profile, that hosting is like traveling at home. So I guess I bring vacation ;)
