My current mission is to visit every major city in Canada! & make friends in every city.

ABOUT ME

I am a server / student / traveler.
I was taking general studies, decided to leave school for a little while because I wasn't finding my passion. Took up a job as a server at a high end steak house, and a cocktail lounge, both in the beautiful district of Yaletown Vancouver.
There, I truly found my love for the kitchen. The smell of creme brulee's on the pass, the elusive heat radiating from the line, and of course, the beauty of a well plated dish. I will be pursing the culinary arts in the next two years.
As for traveling, my friend Koda and I decided to pack our bags and explore the West coast.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everybody has the potential to do great things. I live life with this in mind, and always hope to inspire the people around me to be the best they can be.

Interests

When I'm not in class, or serving a table, you'll find me standing on the line mesmerized by the dishes chef is working on, or reading Bon Appetite magazines, researching various baking techniques, and watching recipe videos on youtube.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love hip-hop, pop, soul, funk, instrumental, and R&B. Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Lana Del Rey, Frank Ocean are a few of my favourite artists right now. CBC radio is also a staple.... As for TV, I don't watch much, but when I do a good comedy, science related doc or food network is good. For reading material, you'll either find me with cooking magazines/recipe books, reading a food blog, or maybe something random thats been given to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, facing my fear of heights by trying the trapeze while in Seattle, and facing my fear of the uncertain by packing my bags and leaving Vancouver.
