Overview
About Me
I am 22 years old and I am from the beautiful and lovely city of Bielefeld in the western part of Germany where I finished the German equivalent of highschool earlier in 2015. After that I left home to get experiences of life on my own, to meet people and, last but not least, to serve my amazing God. I volunteered in a Christian Youth Hostel in the centre of Amsterdam and had a lot of fun meeting travellers, backpackers and the people from around the world I am working with.
In the beginning of May 2016 I got back to my hometown and in October I started to study 'Popular Music and Media' to become a music journalist or work in another area of the music industry.
I am rather an introvert, but I am happy to get to know people, their experiences in life so far and their values and beliefs. Doesnt matter if they are similar or the opposite to mine, it just helps me to get a better picture of the world and all its unique habitants!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Good travelling for me is based on the environment of the place where you stay, and - of course - the price. With Couchsurfing those two come together! I don't really have to pay huge amounts AND I get to meet people that know the city and have experiences with many cultures on their own and are hospitable.
Interests
Sharing cultural and popcultural interests and maybe even spiritual beliefs. i really love and enjoy hearing other peoples thoughts on certain topics. I dont really have my own opinion to everything but love to listen and adding to my knowledge. I am indeed not a really good cook, but I also never really tried, to be honest. BUT I am able to show you how to make my favorite easy food, which you could call something like a roasted-corn-pancake thing... It is good!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Basically Rap (with actual topics or nice techniques or jazzy oldschool-Samples instead of bragging and insulting) and Indie/Folk, but I am very open for everything, what if I haven't heard my favourite song yet?
Movies: Perks Of Being A Wallflower, Memento (basically everything of Nolan), The Kingsman, Eternal Sunshine Of A Spotless Mind, A Coffee In Berlin (Oh Boy) to name some exemplary films of the general direction I am mostly appealed to
Books: The Bible and stuff that ends up in my hands on (flea) market stands of some old guy who seems like he hasn't done anything else than reading the past 63 years... I also developed a special love for author Paul Auster! Check him out <3
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I more than doubled my list of visited countries just in 2016. This is just the beginning! Edit: Added another10 in 2017! It’s been a rollercoaster since :)
Spontaneously daytripped to Tijuana, Mexico, because a fully booked campsite in California messed with our plans.
The Rubik`s Cube was mentioned a lot in an album of the rapper Logic which I really liked, so I decided to learn how to solve it, I started and the next day I managed to do it. It was fun.
Teach, Learn, Share
I really appreciate respectful conversations/discussions about beliefs. I am happy to share about my faith as a young modern day christian if you ask me about it, but dont worry, I am also totally fine to not talk about it. So dont be afraid or decline because of that :D
