I like a playful, honest and humble approach to life. I do yoga and breathing exercises every morning, like to eat vegan and nourish myself with everything that enriches mind, body and soul. such as, singing, dancing, playing, meditating, massages, sauna, cooking, baking, circling, fire, cold baths/showers, heart-sharing and much more...

PHILOSOPHY

Be love and trust in its guidance and you'll be guided. Don't judge, nothing is good nor bad it's just our point of view that gives things its rating.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far:

- Belize, with a student at the time. Very kind, welcoming and generous.
- My second experience was in Managua, capitol of Nicaragua (unfortunately we didn't make friends here on CS because my friend organized it and it got lost). It was a very cool experience to stay at a living community with daily having at least 5 people coming around and having a good time while talking about religion, life, god and the world!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Being present at my daughters birth. And becoming a father after all.. that's pretty amazing and the most transformative and growth-enhancing "thing" that's happened to me!

The Sunset on top of the Tajumulco, Guatemala the highest mountain in Central America, was just amazing!
The sun on it's unhurried way down to an ocean of clouds and every second the light and the full picture got more beautiful and more beautiful! Truly, the most beautiful Sunset I've ever seen.
