Overview
About Me
Outdoor adventure has been my calling, mission, etc for a long time now. I have climbed all over the world and worked as a guide in Moab, Utah for a few years. I also worked as a raft guide, I kayak and am now enjoying skiing every winter, as well as mountain biking. Seeing the world through these activities has brought me amazing places and gifted me with incredible experiences and form a core of who I am.
I am now living in Boise, ID. My girlfriend is in school, and I am managing a consignment outdoor gear shop. I am working full time (yikes, domestication!) but have some time to go on fun adventures whenever I can. Luckily, Idaho is filled with amazing landscapes and all the things I like to do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have couchsurfed a lot, both hosting and surfing, and it has put me in touch with beautiful people that I will never forget. I feel like it is incredibly useful for initiating genuine experiences, and have never had a bad experience- only overwhelmingly positive ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paddled backwards into Waiahukua Sea cave on the Na Pali coast of Kauai, underneath a waterfall that comes from a stream in a beautiful, lush valley, through a hole in the cave's ceiling, and drops into the ocean amidst sunlight---while doing a supply run in a kayak for the outlaws of Kalalau--->whoa. Also, I've found myself in some insane positions while rock climbing this planet.

I can take you rock climbing, hiking, skiing, possibly even rafting, all dependent on season, and time I can get off work. I can always give advice for things to do.
