ABOUT ME

I am Satu.I lived in Estonia, spend a lot of time in Finland. And now in Paris and working in a organic shop. But that 's juste where I am and what I do . I may be a culinary travelling anthropologist one day or opening a cosy coffea place.

Who am I ? hard question. I am a shy girl. I think I am kind and I like to have happy people around me. I smile silently. I also laugh loud. My name means Fairy Tale in Finnish. I try to fill up the expectation of this "promess". Just trying to live my life as I am imagining it. That's not always easy. I am in search of inspiration. To be able to wake up every day without having to give up my convictions, beliefs... stop talking and start changing things.

I try to survive in our hard world, to spread in it some kindness and smoothness (is that a word ? you know, when you lay down in a parc, on a sunny day, you breathes and you feels so happy and full of grace? ... this is what smoothness would be )

I live for coffea, Fika. mycurrent obsession is Nordic new cuisine and bakery.

I am also always knitting something. Socks addict.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I survived to moskitoes in the heart of Swedish Lapland forest and survived also the Sziget festival. And met Aurora Borealis in my garden, southern finland.
And transformed my garage into a coffea place for Restaurant Day.
