About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Since july 2016 i am a fulltime mum and i love it but:
I'll finish my studies if it's the last thing I do!

ABOUT ME

I'm uncomplicated, open-minded and happy-go-lucky.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything tastes better if you drink it with a straw.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined after a friend explained to me that it was no problem if I didn't have time for holidays or adventures, because with couch surfing holidays and adventures come to you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i just said good bye to the first couchsurfer i hosted and i realy enjoyed to talk about things which are simular/different between cultures, to show my city, find out more about my country (while i google detais because i can´t answer the questions :-D , )cook (as good as i can) regional food for my guest.. to say it short: i realy enjoyed to meet him.
In the meanwhile i hosted a lot of guests and i had no bad experience! But i still wait for my first expierience as a guest :-)

Interests

I like chatting and geting to know people, I like to find out their world-views and what makes them tick. Sometimes I like being alone too and I like to read or walk around town.

Music, Movies, and Books

Films: Dirty Dancing (obviously) and P.S. I Love You.
Music: anything and everyhing depending on what mood I'm in!
Books: I mostly read Philosophical books for my studies, and when I have free time I don't really want to read anymore, but I can sometimes be tempted by historical novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a university trip with 40 other students to Syria for 2 weeks. We travelled over the whole country by bus and met lots of local people, who were all amazingly welcoming. I visited all the places that are now war-torn and I could almost cry every time I see a news report about it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Don't worry, I'm not a fundamentalist and I wouldn't try to convert anyone, but I study theology and I like talking about God and the world and also enjoy discussions with people of all relgions or those who have no religion, to get to know their world view.

Countries I’ve Visited

Israel, Syrian Arab Republic, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Austria
