About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live life be happy.

ABOUT ME

Hey I'm Kimmi, a travel and food obsessed person. Also I enjoy swimming and good conversation

With the lockdown I just try to learn new things.

PHILOSOPHY

Do better to be better.

Travel now, you can always make money, but you cannot always make memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By doing what is best for everyone. I can cook/bake (if there is a recipe), clean up after meals if needed, and I'm a very versatile person, who is open to new experiences/activities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Prior to my (officially) using CS, during a roadtrip which landed me and a friend of mine, in Texas. His friend's mom let us stay the night at their house without the expectation of the offer. Needless to say, the adventure combined with the unexpected hospitality was really a wonderful experience.

My first and second CouchSurfing experiences that I have were also amazing experiences. There is just (for me) an unspoken delight of meeting new people- nice people- who give you food and a shower and a place to sleep for a night in exchange for your time and conversation.

Essentially, CS is a superbly awesome community!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a vast amount of musical numbers and genres.

Books and movies too, but I cannot think of specific ones now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Several years ago I kept seeing blogs about people who have walked across their country or continent and in the beginning of 2015 I tried but didn't condition myself properly. Major wow and respect to those who completed their goal.
Also not necessarily amazing, but super fun- for my birthday trip (around St. Patricks day) the same year, I hitchhiked my first (real) time from Tampa to New Orleans and it was such a blast to do and gave me great memories.

Teach, Learn, Share

Smile. It makes people wonder what is going on.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Canada, Cayman Islands, England, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Mexico, Scotland, United Kingdom, United States
