About Me

Unfortunately I'am not able to host at the moment, to many projects on the way. Hope it changes soon and I can welcome you guys in the near future again.

CURRENT MISSION

Want to see the world through the eyes of various of people.

Back home in Vienna - generally able to host people but maybe I have to refuse your request because of intense work - just ask!

ABOUT ME

I would characterise myself as shy and calm, mostly in the beginning but melting very fast. Friends say about me that: I never have a bad day and keep smiling in more or less every situation. They also call me the philosopher, never talking too much but if, than mostly good quality :) I really try to recognise as much as possible and inspire myself in daily life.

I'am not a party animal anymore my "wild" times have a break right now . But still happy to go out to nice music or just having fun drinking some beers with friends. Or love to relax on a rowboat, driving on our Viennese city river, best teamed with nice people and beer on sunny sundays.

I have a design education, now studying architecture at the academy of fine arts Vienna, being generally interested in to much things.

PHILOSOPHY

Let every day be a sunny day for you and for others!

A human planting trees, knowing that he will never enjoy their shade by himself, has understood what future means.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I collected some experiences participating in this community and until now everything was a true enrichment. Mainly I surfed meeting some of the best people and communities ever. But to host is also a brilliant experience which I will force again in the next months.

Until now I'am mind blown of so much good vibe and energy I got through my travels. I found a lot of new friends and hope to see them all again!

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer films produced without mainstream characteristics and some old classics, for example: Some like it hot, which is still absolutely hilarious.

Music is very important for me, I listen all day something.
In the moment I listen a lot of electronic music such as: house from 1990-98, dub, old-school techno and experimental electronica. But I have an adoration for good singer songwriters too. Last but not least I have to announce my all time favourite - Led Zeppelin, I started to listen to them as a very small child and never stopped since.

I read stuff like:
Rosseau/Hesse/Murakami .... or just random things I find anywhere and of course some literature for my architecture study. And there are some masterpieces of funny books written by Czech writers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with friends in a small river located in the uncrowded moroccan Atlas desert/mountains.

Hiked and skied five 3000 meter high Mountains in six days.

biked 300km with a friend to a music festival in Croatia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn everything I do not know yet, focusing on cooking, way of living, languages, creative stuff and especially the unexpected.

I'am not sure what I can teach you, maybe cooking typical austrian food or languages (german, weird austrian german and a bit of french).
probably skiing and some design stuff.
