兴趣

I'm mostly excited about Yoga as well as the lifestyle and philosophy behind. I’m trying to live the minimalistic way of live, especially to safe as much lifetime as possible. Meditation has big potential for me but I’m still practicing. I like arts including textile art work (of course), museums in general and all kinds of exhibition. Knowledge and learning something new is a never ending process, in my opinion one should keep their curiosity alive:) I’m always happy to learn something new! I try to do as much sport as I can, even if this is never enough especially at the moment (fitness, running, swimming, biking and of course Yoga) 😅. For sure I like to travel, meet and talk to different kind of people. Hopefully one time it helps me to learn and practice more languages. I listen to the whole range of music.. and sometimes singing (but only after 1-2 glasses of wine :D I’m a bit too shy) I'm inspired of many different things... And always open minded in trying something new! Beside the voluntary (that I'm doing at the moment) I'm in Love with the practice of Ashtanga ( as mentioned before it is a Yoga style!) After a 3 week course and Retreat on Phuket Island it's my new aim to include it in to my daily habits and routine :)
