About Me

My name is Silvia, I'm (neraly) 25 years old and I live in a small town close to Milan where I attend my university since I study industrial design at Politecnico di Milano.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was introduced to couchsurfing by a friend and I enjoyed the experience, I found it both convinient and exciting since I had the opportunity of meeting kind and interesting people.

Interests

First of all I LOVE gastronomy, the other hobbies are totally secondary.
I am quite involved in universitary international mobility system since I am part of a student association aimed to welcome the erasmus students.
My mains hobbies are writing and drawing, I am more passionate in reading than watching movies though a good film is always welcome.
When I have some spare time I always try to travel, mostly in Europe, but I hope to widen my horizon soon.

I read a great variety of books, my favourite authors are three italian writers who belong to the literary heritage of my country: L. Pirandello; Italo Svevo & Sebastiano Vassalli.
I have read many books about the history and the culure of Trieste, a city that I love.
I also have a great passion for graphic novels, to mention few authors: Guy Delisle and Gianni Pacinotti.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living abroad for 8 moths for me has been a great experience! I am also writing a book that I am quite proud about, but I am doing it just for myself.
