About Me

Free-lancer, free spirit ;)
I am a perpetual teenager, always looking to learn and experiment new things.
I work as a knowledge developer (knowledge is power) and I am fortunate enough to have all the flexibility I want. Don't get me wrong, I am hard working and hope that one day my bank account will resemble a telephone number and my photo album could be an inspiration for the lonely planet series.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be a traveler, not a tourist, and offer all the other nice travelers a place to stay if they choose to visit a less known part of eastern Europe, which has a lot of gems if you know where to look. Welcome to Iasi, Romania.
I don't take last minute requests since welcoming a stranger/group in my home requires some preparation.

I AM NEW TO THIS, have not done it before, but want to be a good CS, both as a guest and as a host, so I accept any piece of advice.

Interests

I love gadgets, technology, social media, talking about economics and how it makes the world go round.
I am also interested in new artists, unconventional music.
Since I have a self-imposed schedule, this gives me time for pursuing other interests as well: fitness, cycling and living healthy ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Joined this, hopefully is the first step in more awesomeness.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach you about Romania, out customs, legends and useful do's and don'ts for a nice stay.
Learn anything you are willing to share with me as long as it is not illegal or a real safety risk.
Share good humor and maybe a seat in my car if we decide to take a road-trip.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My spare living room, my hospitality and my chocolate sprinkles yogurt. If you want real food, let me know in advance, I love to cook but usually don't bother just for myself.
Also feel free to borrow any of the books I have as long as you leave one in return.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Romania
