ABOUT ME

Hi guys! I'm Silvia, I'm 23 and I'm studying languages in Naples, that's why I'm living in this wonderful city since 2006! In july I got my bachelor's degree and I am now attending the master's degree in English and Journalism. I like reading books, novels in particular, listen to the music (indierock, jazz, electronic,soul) and, of course, going out and spending time with my friends! I enjoy cooking and I'm a good cook, so if you' re thinking about a trip in Naples, you can take avantage of my ability and try a good dish of pasta!

PHILOSOPHY

we need to pay more attention, because most of the time we're too careless and this way we let the world going in a negative a way. every person is a new world, that's why I've chosen to do this experience, because travelling is not also visit a new country, is also discover people and the way they are feeling and living their country!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to have a coffee and show the city to the surfers, actually I have a couch, but is in my room, that's why I prefer first meeting people and then decide.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm living in flat with other students: Stefano, a friend of mine, Angelica, and a turkish girl, Nilay, who is now doing her erasmus in Italy. She's a wonderful couch-surfer! she told me her adventures, and her experiences surfing and knowing new, interesting people, that I could'nt wait to create my account!!! then we hosted in our flat 2 turkish girls, couch surfer, and anoother italian boy, Nilay's couch surfer friend! It was amazing staying all together and talkin' about our life :)

I love reading, I Iove music and when I was younger I was the singer of rock band called "Johnny Rotten and the chocolate factory", now we dont' play anymore because we started university in different cities but we miss a lot our music! :)I like going out, have a walk, and visit new parts of this city wich is full of culture everyday. and, of course I like good beer !!! XD

my favourite books are Russian novels (I studied russian dor 3 years at univesity) like dostoevskji's books, and Gogol's shortstories, then Barney's version, Rayuela and more and more...

In september, during my trip to Canada, I saw Niagara falls for the first time: it is incredible, you feel so little and you can see how powerful is Nature! amzing
