Silvia (38yo) and Josué (43yo). We are yet another easy going couple; well, at least a random one of us, at any time, is.

We are home loving people when we are not travelling. We love the vicarious way of travelling Couchsurfing can offer by inviting people to stay with us.

We are mostly vegan, too, but we don't mind at all if you are not.

Somos Silvia (38 años) y Josué (43 años). Somos una pareja de trato fácil (o, al menos, uno de los dos lo es en cualquier momento, de forma aleatoria).

Cuando no estamos viajando nos encanta estar en casa. Nos gusta también la forma indirecta en que, alojando a viajeros, Couchsurfing nos permite viajar a nosotros .

Somos casi por completo veganos, pero no tenemos problemas si tú no lo eres.

We are curious people, but our attention span on a given subject lasts for four to six months, so our interests are ever changing. At the time of writting this we are interested in powerlifting (Silvia) and qabbalah (Josué), so go figure. Ask us about the current ones if you need to know.

Estamos poseídos por una curiosidad volátil. Nuestra atención sobre un tema suele durar entre cuatro y seis meses, así que nuestros intereses son siempre cambiantes. En el momento de escribir esto se dirigen hacia el powerlifting (Silvia) y la qabbalah (Josué), así que ya te puedes imaginar. 音乐、电影和书籍

We are into books, mainly. Travel books, essays, literary and critical theory, scifi, horror, weird stuff... books about subjects we were or we are interested. Not a lot of bestsellers, we are afraid.

Our tastes in films and music are less specific. We both have enjoyed very much movies like "The Wicker Man" (the old one), "Spoorloos", "Hedwig and the Angry Inch", "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" or "Baraka", among others. And lately we have been listening to Florence and the Machine, P J Harvey, Lana del Rey, Current 93, CocoRosie, Lon Milo DuQuette, and dark ambient or heavy metal music, but we usually just read in silence.

A ambos nos interesan, sobre todo, los libros: narraciones de viajes, ensayos, teoría y crítica literaria, ciencia ficción, terror, temas peculiares... en general, libros sobre temas sobre los que estamos o estuvimos interesados. No hay muchos bestsellers, la verdad.

Nuestros gustos sobre cine y música son menos específicos. Los dos hemos disfrutado mucho películas como "El hombre de mimbre" (la antigua), "Spoorloos", "Hedwig and the Angry Inch", "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" o "Baraka", entre otras. Y, en cuestión de música, últimamente nos hemos dedicado a oir a Florence and the Machine, P J Harvey, Lana del Rey, Current 93, CocoRosie, Lon Milo DuQuette, y dark ambient o heavy metal, pero la verdad es que solemos leer en silencio.

We love languages, we are bookworms, we love learning new things. Silvia is now studying to pursue a PhD in English, so you may want to write her essays in exchange for a couch... Ha, no, kidding! Company and conversations are more than enough!

Proper squat, deadlift and bench press technique would be also much appreciated :P

Nos gustan los idiomas, los libros y aprender cosas nuevas. En la actualidad, Silvia se encuentra en camino para obtener su doctorado en Literatura Inglesa, lo que significa que quizá quieras escribirle algunos ensayos a cambio de un sofá... ¡No, es broma! ¡Es suficiente con tu compañía y tu conversación!

Aunque se apreciará una técnica depurada en el press de banca, peso muerto y sentadilla :P
