ABOUT ME
I was born and grew up in Italy, then I spent, for personal choice, most of my twenties living and studying in different European countries. I have been now in France for a while, where I am going to stay for 'another while'.
PHILOSOPHY
There is an Italian say that roughly translated goes like that: 'Learn art and put it aside' which means learn from every experience of life 'cause you may need that knowledge.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can show you some interesting and not touristic places of Marseille and nearby. Ready to share life experiences and stories from all over the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
mostly hosting, some surfing and some meetings: very good!
Interests
In terms of conversation and interests I am pretty eclectic and I am intersted in a wide range of topics: from astronmy to history, from dreams and pshycology to physics and mechanics, from big political discussion to little stories of everyday life
I love playing music, mostly the guitar (getting more and more into Brazilian choro these days) , then a little of piano, bass, cello....and singing in the bathroom...nice acoustics :)
I have been practicing capoeira angola for 7 years. I did some Kung fu and kick boxing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movie: again, I am quite eclectic..the first name that comes up in my mind is Pedro Almodovar. The first films are 'the sound of noise'(Swedish) 'the king of curling'(Norwegian)...Scandinavian cinema...very peculiar humor, and lately 'la grande bellezza' of Sorrentino.
Music: difficult question...vary from hard rock to classical, passing through jazz, electro, raggae, ska, Irish traditional and tarantella.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spending some time in the rainforest in the French West indies.
Teach, Learn, Share
Language exchange (I have been language teacher for 8 years), I can cook some nice Italian dishes for you! If you play music we can do a jam session...but on top of all have a good laugh!
