About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learn everything I can, travel, dream, hope, enjoy life's gifts and challenges

After an amazing 2015 lived in France (Erasmus semester), Italy and Senegal I'm back to Verona to finish my studies. As always I can't resist travelling so i'm saving everything I can and planning the next travel! In the meantime if someone's crossing Verona and my flatmates are in agreement, it ll be a pleasure to welcome you here!

PHILOSOPHY

“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.” F. Nietzsche

-Pier Paolo Pasolini-

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that travelling's a whole way of living and travelling with couchsurfing's the best way to actually feel people, places, differences in your veins.

Interests

Everyday I learn something new about me thanks to the encounter with others, that's why I feel it is important to get to know other people, codes, cultures. As old philosophers used to say: "you are able to get to know the real you only by looking your self into other people's eyes.". (probably a very bad translation!)

I've been a volleyball player for the most part of my life, still playing in my hometown.

In the last few years I finally got stuck with my family's mountain's fever so everytime I can, I'm hiking and climbing, I feel very lucky to be so close to nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a thing for everything related to history.

My secret pleasures are classical music, italian '900's literature and to spend every second I can with my amazing 2 little nephews.

I used to play the piano and now I kinda play the guitar (I'm not so good, I should improve it)

I'm trying to read every book cointained in the top 100 books released from "Le Monde"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Admiring the way the sun changes every second during the sunset in the middle of the sahel in Senegal

-A crazy trip in Warsow with my amazing Erasmus crew

Teach, Learn, Share

learn -> everything I can
share -> everything I can

What I Can Share with Hosts

This great feeling I get when I'm with people coming from different places, with different cultural backgrounds with something to share. As I was lost in Senegal's desert I realized we HAVE TO let differences educate us.
Nothing's more important for me than meet, listen, exchange, share, accept.

Countries I’ve Visited
