About Me

ABOUT ME

I am 26 and I was born in Rome. I am an Architecture student and also a professional classical pianist!

--DELFT UPDATE--
Now that I moved into a new place I really don't have much space to host people, and even floor area is limited - so that might be a bit difficult, but I am always up to some drinks and showing people around!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far Couchsurfing has been an amazing experience, both as a host and a surfer. It's a great chance to meet very generous and open-minded people and to see bits of the world with different eyes...One of the best way of travelling!

Interests

I lived 4 years in the UK where I did my university studies. Since last year I moved to the NL for some professional practice and now I have started my master of Architecture at TUDelft.

I like being involved in my university community, I have joined some societies and I always love meeting new people out there! At the weekends I like going walking, visiting new places around the area and keeping fit.
I love spending relaxed nights chatting with friends with a nice cup of tea (or wine!)...but I do enjoy some thrills, Friday night it's club night!
Recently I have started dancing Argentine Tango and Flamenco...yes, I just adore dancing! - and I've been practising Yoga quite intensely for a while now. I love to discover the hidden spaces within my personality and I believe Couchsurfing is a great way to experience this holistic approach to life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Being a classical pianist, of course Classical music is my favourite! But I do enjoy some more 'contemporary' stuff. The ones I've listened more frequently to in the past months are Florence + The Machine, Mumford & Sons, London Grammar...my tastes are always in evolution! Oh, and I love 30s-40s jazz...I simply melt listening to Ella Fitzgerald, Chet Baker and Billie Holiday!

I love reading...and I think that "what's your favourite book?" is the most difficult question of all times. There just can't be only one! Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach is definitely one on the list though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch-hicked the whole Irish west coast

I've bungee jumped from a 175 feet crane for charity. That's been probably the most thrilling experience of my life so far.

Recently came back from a month-long journey and stay in Colombia. Loved every single day!

What I Can Share with Hosts

With those of you who will be so kind to host me I hope I can share my life experiences and a lively chit-chatting with some of my 100% Italian warmth. I can help you with languages if you want to practise some conversation and offer my house in return as a future host! But I do hope we can both share the beauty of the places either that I'll come and see or that you will come and see!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In
