About Me
**Currently traveling around Latin America: first Mexico, now in Colombia!**
Hello, my name is Silvia and I'm a Spanish girl from the mountains of Madrid, Spain.
I consider myself a very adventurous person. I've done things like walking the Camino de Santiago from the south of France to Finisterre alone, camping on my way, and volunteering in a completely off the grid house in the mountains of Valencia.
I really enjoy spending time with people from all different backgrounds. Music has always been a very important part of my life. I’ve played piano and guitar since I was little, and dancing is one of the things I enjoy the most in this life.
I am passionate about meditation, yoga and personal development. This has led me to create my own meditation and mental health podcast called META Conciencia, which has grown to reach over 300,000 monthly listens. My goal is to make this podcast a sustainable project so I can help others in their journey of self-discovery.
I am looking forward to meeting inspiring people from all over the world and I feel like couch surfing is one best way of doing so!
