Hi hosts, we are Monica and Silvio, a fantastic couple from southern Italy! We are traveling around Asia with our backpack and all our minds open to discover every culture, food and new friends! Silvio is a Chef, especially in the Pizza-Bread-Breakfast and Pasta sector. He also has a degree in Education and Teaching especially for children and people with mental disabilities, migrants and integration social projects. In his free time he do a lots of abstract art and portrait. Monica is a Sommelier and waitress, back-office assistence for hotels and society. She has a degree in Social Health instagram: time.tobe.alive. Assistance especially with kids and mental disabilities, she have First Aid Course. In her free time, she is a Social Media Manager (especially for Silvio's project lol), loving photographer and cooking Italian dishes.
We decide to take 1 year to travel around Asia to do a lots of experience and bring with us the world of pizza and italian wine culture! We have in Italy an Airbnb experience with Pizza and Wine tasting for tourist (on instagram: pizzafoodexperience ) and we want to bring around Asia the same experience for everyone we want know!
