Overview
About Me
I am born and raised in a village in Punjab. After completing high school, I came out of my small world and realised that there's a whole lot to explore. I explored various cities in India. I stayed in Patiala, Chandigarh, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore for my academics and work.
I travelled to different cities in Himachal Pradesh, Jaipur, Pondicherry, Goa, Gokarna and many other places in India. It is then when I realized that I really enjoy going to places and learning about the culture of different places. Every place has a story and I wanted to know that.
Then I moved to Canada for my masters. I stayed in Vancouver for an year and then I moved to Calgary. I have stayed in Calgary for 2 years and now I am planning to move to east to stay and experience big city life in Toronto.
I am life long learner, feminist, empathetic and an easy going person
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like going to a place and be there for some time to get the vibe of a place. As a college student, I always dreamt of staying in a city like New York because that's what I saw in most of the TV series. I made my dream come true by staying there for a month and a week in NYC.
Now, I want to create more such memories, staying with locals and expand my horizons.
I like to create memories and I would love to help other create theirs.
