ABOUT ME

My name is Michał, I'm 23 years old, currently living in a busy city of Milan. I study medicine, to be honest we have had quite a complicated relationship in the past years but I start to see the beauty of it. I love music, I play guitar and a bit of piano so whenever there is an opportunity to jam with someone you don't have to tell me twice. I also like dancing, nature and making campfires, being connected with myself and others. I'm always in for trying new sports, so far skiing football, basketball and running are on top of my list:D I love meeting new people and sharing good moments with them, from working together to traveling and playing music.
I enjoy work, it brings me peace and makes that evening beer taste better. Life is a great gift, trying to make the best out of it is my plan for the next 60-70 years with no fixed schedule whatsoever:D
A lot of things make me happy and following them is the best decision I've ever made in my life:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is a way of making friendships that would be so much more difficult to happen - meeting people while travelling in the chilled and interested state of mind is something absolutely unique, exchanging ideas and reasons for travelling (and sharing some great fun) are the reasons why I'm here. So far I have hosted, been hosted and have met really amazing people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Even though I have an account for few years now I have started using couchsurfing in august 2013, from this day, I have been hosted in Istambul, Haugesund, Bergen, Dresden, Milan, Florence, Rome, Croatia and every single experience was great and unique :)

Went hitchhiking to Georgia and Armenia from Poland
Went to a rainbow gathering 2014 in Romania, 2016 and 2017 in Italy!
Saw northern lights with great company from couchsurfing at the arctic circle (I was just going to go to Stokholm, ended up riding snow mobiles on a frozen river in Kiruna

I can teach Polish language (that's kinda obvious, but well)
some guitar
I can cook, if you're up for some classic Polish pierogi (<3) or italian pasta
