I strive to keep my inner child alive. I love to play. I thrive in authentic human connection. I find joy being present in the moment. I enjoy challenging the boundaries of what we believe is possible. I try to celebrate failures. I like to travel, build bridges and overcome my preconceptions. I care. I strive to express my self more and more. I contain multitudes :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the idea behind Couchsurfing is simply beautiful. We live in an age of rapidly increasing interconnectedness and CS is one amazing manifestation of this!

I surfed quite a few couches while travelling e.g. in New Zealand and Romania... and I was always really grateful for the experience.
I hardly ever visit places anymore without meeting at least one person who lives there... CS makes this so much easier!

TTTT-OO-OOO many books in my mind!

I have read a lot of fantasy and science fiction - it gives me joy and has immensely broadened my sense of reality and what is possible...
Among others, Margaret Atwood, Iain M. Banks and Dietmar Dath blew my mind.

And here's three non-SF books truly dear to my heart:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in ice cold mountain lakes in spring...

Sitting around a campfire with other wonderful people singing until the sun rises...

Watching trust and connection grow between people who had never encountered each other before... (I feel truly blessed this is part of my work).
