We are a multicultural couple ready to take on the world of travelling!

ABOUT ME

Simo is from Morocco and Krista from Seattle, USA. We met each other while Krista was volunteering and travelling in Morocco and instantly fell in love. Now we live with our dog, Black near Seattle, WA. We both want to travel the world and are starting by going to Japan this Summer. Krista owns two small businesses centered around localization of food in her Seattle neighborhood and Simo imports and sells argan oil from Morocco in the Seattle area. Krista is also a residential advisor in a local boarding school and works with about 100 international students each day! Simo loves all things Japanese, Bollywood, and of course, Moroccan food. He loves to cook for his friends.

PHILOSOPHY

We don't really have a philosphy, just to be happy and kind to all. Be respectful and thoughtful even when you don't understand the situation.

Krista and Simo are currently looking for couches to surf in Tokyo and Japan.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had mostly wonderful experiences couchsurfing in Europe, although recommend also for women to stay with women when possible. Always good to be safe!

Interesses

cute baby animals, hiking, discovering anything, plants, localization of food sources, traveling, making and selling ice pops, cooking Moroccan cuisine, playing with our dog, learning new languages, thriftstore shopping, and a million other things too!
