I consider myself an outgoing and open-minded person who’s always curious to explore new perspectives and experiences. In social situations, I aim to make others feel at ease, while also setting boundaries.

I'm currently in my final semester of Psychology and about a year and a half ago, I also started studying Computer Science. I work as a private teacher and a cleaner.

I do lots of sports, except for running, tabletennis and fitness, most of them irregulary. You can find them in my interests :)
I'm learning French, my level is currently between A2 and B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

I enjoy being around people, going out, and doing physical activities. Nevertheless I appreciate quiet days. I’m always looking for genuine connections.

I value sustainability and public welfare. I consider myself a queer-feminist and constantly work on myself in that regard. I eat vegetarian.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

On my trip to Mexico I've met people who were couchsurfing. They've met the most amazing people and made interesting acquaintances. When I moved to Innsbruck to study Psychology, a friend of mine stayed with people from Couchsurfing because he hadn't found an apartment so far. They were so kind, I wanted to be part of this community ever since. When I'm traveling, I'm not too interested in the touristic highlights or established routes. I travel to get to know the country, the culture, life there. Couchsurfing is a great way to accomplish that.

I had only one couchsurfing experience so far. In England I was staying with a retired teacher. He stated in his profile, that he has a passion for old things. Before arrival I thougt, he may have a collection of antiques but literally his whole house was antique. He had old devices for all sorts of things, ranging from an ancient water siphon for soda to a device that ingraves an audio on a wax roll. Even the toilet flush seemed to be a hundred years old. To top it all of, he had an organ with two thousand pipes in this living room, including a century-old 'organ-cumputer' which functioned with something like punch cards.
Most importantly: He was a genuine guy and it was a lovely experience. I certainly don't expect such unconventional acquaintances but it fully convinced me of couchsurfing.
