Hi everyone.
My name is Simon and this is my story :)
Quite recently I decided to quit my job and start a great adventure - to visit as many beautiful places as I can and meet just as many interesting people along the way. The rough plan is to visit most European and a couple of African countries before getting all of the necessary vaccinations and heading off to Asia.
A few words about me: constantly meeting new people is the spice of life for me. I always considered myself a good listener but I can talk Your ear off too if You'll let me :) I'm easygoing, agreeable and flexible. I love just getting lost in a new city when I get there. So hows about we chat the night away over a few beers?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm already on the road and while I was hitchhiking in Northern Ireland two very nice Malaysian girls picked me up and told me about couch surfing. Staying in hostels is a great way to meet people to be sure but I figured meeting like minded people here might be great fun as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing so far would have to be:
I was an extra on frickin Game Of Thrones! And get this: they actually payed me money to do it. But the joke is on them because I would have gladly done it for free :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing stories of travels, other cultures, unusual experiences and everything that makes life so amazing. I enjoy learning bits and pieces of other languages mostly words and sentences that are helpful while travelling. I always dreamed of learning how to play the piano and how to sail a boat and maybe one day I'll finally get around to it.
