Overview
About Me
I grew up in a small town and worked there for 10 years before deciding that I needed to spread my wings further, see more of the world and live life with more joy... I'm uncertain to what I want to do in the future as I approach my fourth decade on this earth, but I can work that out on the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hello there!
I'm currently on a sabbatical from my job until March 2017, in which time I am travelling the world. I'm looking to embark on some Asian adventures until the end of November and from January to early March I'll be in South America... I'd be very appreciative to anyone who would like to share some of their culture and knowledge of their respective towns/cities.
Interests
I'm interested in football (& sport in general), healthy eating (sometimes lol), music events, and travelling amongst many others of course!
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite music is probably indie music but I do like to listen to soul a lot these days.
Movies: Pulp Fiction, The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump (basically anything from 1994!) Also, 'Into the Wild' & 'The Motorcycle Diaries' are great films that inspire me to travel.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Drove the length & breadth of Western Australia in 9 days.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you English and I'd like to learn more on the guitar and snippets of other languages.
What I Can Share with Hosts
The chance to converse in good English, how to cook a great English breakfast and how to get started on the guitar if a beginner... Also, my perspective on all the different countries I've visited so far.
