About Me
I am Simon, 20 years old and i like travelling, new experiences, and you :) ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I saw a documentary about Couchsurfing on TV and I directly liked the idea of travelling and meeting local people.
I think Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to learn more about countrys, their culture and the way of living of people.
Interests
Obviously travelling :). But also sports, espacially football and my favourite club Borussia Dortmund. Furthermore I like music and play the guitar.
I also love to meet with my friends for partys (smaller or bigger ones doesn´t matter) .

Music, Movies, and Books
It might sound boring but i definitely hear all kind of music.
Often it depends on my current mood.
I like action movies like James Bond, aswell as more funny movies.
I read a lot of football magazines and books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In France i jumped from a very high rock (about 12 meters) into the cold water after a long walk. That was an awesome feeling.
What I Can Share with Hosts
At the moment I am studying Journalism in Gelsenkirchen. In my small appartment (28 m2) we could cook together. Furthermore I play guitar, so we could also make music.
In Gelsenkirchen we could meet friends in bars/restaurants. Or visit the stadium (although i am fan of Borussia Dortmund, the big rival of the local team Schalke04) but i enjoy watching football. I could also try to organize a football match with my university friends, we have an own little football team, but just for fun, not professional. I´m new at CS but i really like to meet interesting people from all over the world. So if you plan a trip to Gelsenkirchen, or villages in North Rhine Westphalia that can be reached by train (Dortmund, Bochum, Essen, Cologne) just send me a message.
