Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and learning from them! Also I have a spare bedroom and would be happy to offer it to someone who needs it. Would also plan to use it to help me travel in the future.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've practiced mindfulness meditation for almost a decade enjoy sharing that experience with others. I've also lost 50 lbs and learned a lot about health, fitness, and different diets along the way.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good conversation, kindness, and an open mind for trying any activity, be it outdoors, sports, board games. I can cook and I also like to try and follow the Boy Scout rule of leaving things cleaner than you found them.
