Welcome on my Profil :)

As you can see, I'm pretty new here. I've always loved travelling. I graduated in December 2015 so I decided now is the time to explore the world. This year I've been to Asia for 3 month and made my way to USA and Canada.

I am travelling alone and actually like the fact that I can choose to go where ever and whenever I want to. I enjoy myself and I don't have a big problem spending some "metime". Though I am a very open minded und communicative guy who likes to go out, hang out, play cards, listen to music, cook dinner, go clubbing etc. I can have tons of all that staying in hostels (well, at least in Asia there are many. In USA not so much...), though I don't really enjoy them. It's often the same conversations over and over again, because everybody is travelling there. I have the feeling that sometimes people tend to glorify their own journey. Plus drinking can be a huge problem, because many people travelling are way younger than I am and want to get wasted every other night. That's why I am looking for a unique experience, which is possible on Couchsurfing. I like the community and the "traveler meets local" atmosphere and all that comes with it. Plus if communication is missing for a long time I get homesick. It's the same with wanderlust when I am at home. Ok, not really, I have wanderlust almost all the time, but it's very strong when I don't have many plans.

I will always buy drinks if we have some together and of course I'll bring extra food if I go shopping. If I rent a car or scooter (sometimes I like to do that because it's a unique experience to explore unknown areas) you're more than welcome to join me.
