Hi!I'm Simona and I come from a little city under the volcano Etna, in Sicily. Now I'm living in a city near Milan, Pavia, for studing!
I'm studing Biology, but when I have freetime I like travel especially after my Erasmus in Poznan, where I met fantastic people with I shared a lot of adventure around Europe.
I'm very curious about everything, especially food. I like taste tipical food.
I like comfort, but I see travel as a way to push ourselves to know new realities and to abandon old ones or that we live daily in our cities. it's a different way of pushing towards the other and of breaking down our limits. During my travels I met people who really made me feel at home.

I am agirl who loves company and who also appreciates loneliness, sometimes I find myself being silent and enjoying everything that surrounds me in silence, especially when I travel on vehicles.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I I discovered couchsurfing thanks to some friends who during my Erasmus program introduced me to this way of getting to know locals.
I think it really reflects the true meaning of traveling, even pushing us to open up to others in a climate of peace and brotherhood.
it also allowed me to improve my English.
