Hello,

My name is Simonas. I am 26 years old and I am from Lithuania. My passion is traveling and meeting new people. So far, I think I have visited 14 countries, all in Europe, however, this number will grow every year because I have promised myself that I need to visit at least one country I have never been to every year. I love people, especially from other cultures because it is always nice to find out new stuff about the amazing world we live in. I enjoy challenges. I always have a goal and for me it is more interesting to live this way - to complete a challenge that I have thought of. I wanted to get accepted in a university - I got accepted. I wanted to finish my Biomedical Science studies - I finished them. I wanted to work at my dream company - took me 5 years to do it, but I am working there now. Wanted to get a motorcycle - I got it. It want a lot from this life and every single day I am getting closer to my dreams.

I am an easy-going person, I like to talk to people, be engaged in a conversation, share experiences. There are various people everywhere and I trully believe that there are great, inspiring people all over the world. It would be fun to meet them :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard that couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people. After all, locals have the most knowledge about any place in the world.

I listen to various genres of music, however, mainly, I listen to techno.
As for the movies I enjoy.. You know when you watch a movie and it is so good that you just think about life for half an hour.. Those are the movies that I like.

2018 update: Buy tickets to the Philippines for the second time because there is no other country quite like it :)
