Overview
About Me
I was born in Belgium. Spent my childhood in a small town in Wallonia. At eighteen years old I went to Minsk, Belarus to study piano performance. I stayed there seven years. I really enjoyed it there (the people most of all). After graduating from the Belarusian Conservatory of Music it was time to move to another place and my wife Hanna and I choose California. I have been now living in SF for three years where I did my Master in piano accompanying (opera, art songs, languages). I work as a piano teacher and perform in the Bay area as a pianist.
I became a vegetarian at 12 years old. I know you will ask me why:) and I love animals, the nature and people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing experience happened in Bretagne. It was a rainy day and it was also the first time that I carried a tent. When the host opened the door and offered us a huge comfy bed, I said: "I would like to sleep in my tent"! :) I'm glad I accepted the offer. It was the only dry night we had in that region :)
As a host I have hosted people from Russia, Serbia, England, New York, Ireland.
