About Me

I am a young Swiss guy that loves to explore and look for the new unknown. I have travelled a lot, have met many wonderful people and seen amazing places. And still, it has not satisfied my hunger for the new and the different :-)

I hvae studied Tourism Management. In my free time I like to get lost in the nature: hiking, running. Or just reading or meeting friends. :-) I love good food (who doesn't) and do not mind a glass of wine (sometimes more than one haha)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my former flat we were hosting from time to time. At the moment it is sadly not possible. But I love the spirit of hosting people and let strangers into one's life. I also had a great experience when I was couchsurfing for the first time with one hell of a host in Bangladesh

Interests

I am long-distance mountain runner. I love the mountains, especially in the summer. There is nothing better than to challenge body and mind in the most beautiful scenery and nothing more rewarding than resting on a mountain peak when you have climbed it yourself. I basically do it for the same reasons like people go hiking. Running is just faster and you can see more ;-) Sometimes I also do races though

I love wine. And a good party from time to time.
