I'm a 27 year old woman from Denmark, with a big love for music!!
I play saxophone and study at the music conservatory in Aarhus, Denmark. But before i started my studies i traveled alot! And i still have a big love for travelling and experience new cultures - especially in form of music!

I always have a big smile on my face, love having fun and always have a positive attitude towards everything I experience in life. Always getting the best out of every little moment and detail. For me, it is also important to connect with people - especially those who can inspire me and introduce me to new things that i wouldn't have found on my own.
The best thing i know, is to have great and meaningfull conversations with other people, who also find that interesting. But also to have interactions and communication with people, who i don't speak the same language as, but who i still end up "talking" to - because of an equal desire to help each other out. I just find that amazing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I found this site, because i wanted to find a way to meet the locals when I'm traveling, and to see the country in a different perspective. To see different countries/cities, while experiencing its true and local kind of kindness and helpfulness. And this site seems perfect for that :)

Interests

I'm very interested in music of course - and I usually travel with my soprano saxophone.

But also in nature and the beauty of it's ecosystem and balance. And the importance of sustainability in nature and to act, as much as possible, with environmental awareness.
I'm also very curious about holistic and alternative ways of thinking, and the way our body and mind affects each other. It is something i have personally worked with alot over the years, and still am. And i have experienced how important it is for the body, soul and mind to be in balance in order to be the best version of yourself.
But overall I just want to do things I love, and that makes me feel good - and to meet people who fills me up with energy and positivity! I am always up for trying new things!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love playing and listening to jazz, latin, bossa, bigband music, R&B, soundtrackmusic, funk, disco, fusion jazz and 80's pop. All kind of music with a funky vibe and awesome and contagious rhythms!!

Movies are also a big part of my interest (I trie to cut down on the hours in front of the tv... )
- But I always end up binge-watching BIG time!

Teach, Learn, Share

I will gladly teach saxophone or drums, and would happily give and/or receive any kind of music advices.

However, I am also up for giving a hand for some handywork. I am a quick learner, and love to fix things with my hands!
