I am Simone, pleasure to meeting you.
I am an easy going guy, interested in meeting people and spending good time together, chatting over fun stuff, hypoteticals, and very concrete situations as well. As long as we are open and having a good time, I am in my element.
I have a healthy lifestyle, but I enjoy a glass of wine in good company and staying up for an amazing sunrise.
I am a calm person and I like to reflect, I have done a lot of very intense sports in my youth (BJJ and crossfit) and now I am finding my peace in ecstatic dance.
I also like cooking, eating and little crafts, when I am in my nerd element I am playing Magic cards or engraving wood with a laser machine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is a pleasure and it contributes in important ways to building a fulfilling life.
So many shiny and artificial ways of traveling, take away the soul from traveling, transforming the experience in the commercial packages we have all hear from. This way of traveling is nothing more than a getaway ticket from that everyday routine, that job, that annoying family member, that dreadful weather. Luckily, not all traveling is like that.
I am on Couch Surfing because I believe that traveling should be an experience lived to the fullest. An authentic exploration of culture, places, and people that leaves you with amazement in your eyes, bliss in your heart and gratitude in your soul.
Sharing a couch is sharing the journey, and suddenly there is one more traveler!

I sailed with the Italian navy at the are of 16
I lived in Finland for 1 year at the age of 17
I hiked in for 10 days in Lapland, and cross from Finland to Norway
I wrote a proposal for the development of an AI software for Radiography that scored 1st out our 271
I travel indonesia solo(ish) for a month
