My name is Simone, I am 33 years old and I quit my job to travel the world with my better half, Dominic. We both are very open-minded, live a minimalistic life (sold everything we owned, including our apartment). So basically, there is nothing that holds us back. We do want to be hosting on CouchSurfing, once we come back home because we met so many amazing people and we want to give back what we are receiving on our travels! We are both vegetarians >.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling the world with my boyfriend and we would love to learn more about the countries and their culture, by staying with people living there. We think it gives you so much more insight and this is what traveling is about, for us!

MUSIC: Everything Alternative and Rock related: System of a Down, Tool, Slipknot, Bring me the Horizon, Nothing but Thieves, grandson, alt-J and many more.

MOVIES: I love movies with a good twist, that mess with your head. Not really into horror movies. Also, a good action movie is good now and then, but I am more into Series. Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Narkos, The Walking Dead....

BOOKS: I read many non-fiction books. Lately, I read a lot about minimalism, how to be happy with less, and other books about "life". But from time to time I also need funny fiction books.
