Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to meet new people and to randomize my life.
I love to travel and join hangouts and exchange fun stories and knowledge, and using CS has been making my travels so much more memorable.

I'm also on here because I like to host people, and steal the incredible recipes of foreigners. Oh food.

Intereses

I love music, I'm often (ok sometimes) outdoors, I attempt at playing instruments and I like to read books. On the side I feed animals. I also enjoy writing a lot. I freakin love tattoos, I have a thing for crystals but I'm still learning, and I enjoy beer - a lot. Besides, I have odd travel rituals and I take my caffeine very serious. Oh, and I smoke. I used to be an international baccalaureates student (IB) in Denmark, but now I'm mostly working and doing whatever comes my way. I love astrology (read; stares at moons for hours without actually knowing anything), I'm naturally drawn to alternative stuff and I've always been into everything meditation and self-care (yet not a full-on spiritual freak though). I'm psychology-interested and I like to take walks. I'm a down to earth human (with sometimes strange interests) who likes to socialize and I enjoy keeping an open mind and trying out new stuff, and all in all I'd most likely love to meet you. I'm planning to do some volunteering in Asia next year, and after that the ideal goal would be to just backpack around.

Música, películas y libros

MUSIC
I love classical and I'm a sucker for German pianists. I also like Romanian rap and nightcore and a few Danish artists that you shouldn't know about. In general I can listen to anything from trap to folk. When searching on YouTube I often find myself listening to low-fi. Went to a John Mayer concert back in the days, so now my heart is stuck there too.

MOVIES
I will watch almost anything, but I do like comedy and futuristic stuff. I loved Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Donnie Darko, Schindler's List and The Fountain, but psych movies and Adam Sandler aside, I also like a good documentary. Oh and then there's series, I religiously binge on Sex and the City, FRIENDS and New Girl. I'm a female, what can I say. Damn, and I almost forgot about Lars von Trier, I love that guy.

BOOKS
The Kingkiller Chronicles have been my holy bible since I was five, and I also enjoy classics and literary fiction. Also, the Harry Potter books have my heart. I enjoy Eckhart Tolle, and I used to read comics ;) OOH, and I have a sweet spot for Haruki Murakami, best author ever (but cutting it pretty close to Jordan B Peterson whom I adore).

Travelling to Sarajevo by bus was pretty wicked, or my first solo-trip ever to Berlin! Spending New Years 2017 in London wasn't that bad either.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you how to prepare a few danish meals, and also how to eat pretty fast with a pair of chopsticks. I can also teach you some painting tricks, or I could share with you my terrible card tricks. We could also attempt at meditating together and so on. If all else fails, we'll just eat popcorn, I'm good at that

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can share some home-baked cookies that I mastered last summer and some fun stories, my favorite spots in Denmark and some insights on traveling. We can also exchange some music preferences!
I learn languages fast, so maybe you can teach me a phrase or two in your mother tongue? :)
