Simone, 29. Born in Bologna and living in Alba (Piedmont). I sell chocolate to make a living and I travel whenever I can to learn new things. Food and wine enthusiast, when I travel the first think I like to do is visit local markets and shops.

In 2018 I visited Java, Bali and Sulawesi in Indonesia. It was my first time in Asia and I realized that I need to get back there as soon as I can to discover more and more about those amazing places.

In 2019 I did my first solo trip across Europe. Using only buses, trains and hops I reached the fjords of Norway, passing by Switzerland, France, Germany and Denmark.
