Hi there!
I am an easygoing traveller from Rome, Italy. I have always been interested in foreign cultures and places; while at university I had the chance to live and study in Spain and from then on I never stopped travelling: I have been working and travelling on a van in Australia, studying in Brussels and Lima and then again working in Dubai and Sri Lanka.
In recent year I re-oriented my life focusing on surfing, trying to live in places where I could surf regularly. This not only gave me the chance to constantly live by the sea (I could not go on without it!) but also to mingle with different cultures: in 2016/17 I have been managing a hostel in Mirissa, Sri Lanka, which was one of the best experiences I have done, meeting new people from all over the world everyday and sharing experiences :)
I am also a music-addict (my favourite artists being Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin and Jeff Buckley) and a wannabe guitar player...

I am about to embark on a trip from Rome to China travelling only by land...
Being on CouchSurfing would not only allow me to save some money (which is always good!) but also to meet locals and get a real touch of each country's culture!!
