About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To discover the world within and around us.

ABOUT ME

I was born in Brazil, went to Peru at 1, Canada at 2, back to Brazil at 7, then back to Canada at 12, and have been jumping around between those and others since.
What I am trying to say is, I don't really consider any country to be my home, just wherever I happen to be.

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness only real when shared.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm happy to give advice on anything to do with travelling, Culture, or language, to the best of my ability, and would love to meet people of like minds. If anyone want's to meet up I can try to make time for it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met with several CSers in town but never have surfed or hosted. I would love to host but don't have any room for that right now, hopefully soon.

Interests

Anything to do with wilderness, really.
And a whole lot more: endless list.

  • culture
  • running
  • flying
  • traveling
  • socializing
  • teaching

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I explored some underground tunnels once, and we had to go a certain distance and stop to make sure we weren't running out of oxygen and then keep going. One day our flashlights failed and we were left with tiny little penlights to climb our way an hour journey back out with bats flying into us and knee deep in black water. Anyways, pretty crazy for us claustrophobics.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can speak English and Portuguese fluently, and Spanish adequately.
I have good experience in travelling and a bit of it in wilderness/bushcraft too.
I used to be a chef, a woodworker, and a tutor; so anything along those lines I am familiar with.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Japan, Laos, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Brazil, Canada, Peru
