ABOUT ME

We are foodaholics! We like cooking and enjoying a glass of wine with our friends. We're pretty active, Jess is a rower (mainly sweep rowing but she likes sculling too) and Simon is a Triathlete.

We love riding our bikes to the beach for a day of fun in the sun, taking in the sights from the bike path that runs from near our door all the way to Malibu.

PHILOSOPHY

We try to keep an open mind, and stay positive above all! Life is short, so we always try to have fun and see the positive. We love dreaming out loud and thinking about how we can maximize our lives and bring positive change to the world during our brief stay :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're brand new to CS. We'd love to hang out with anyone in the Los Angeles area to learn more about CS before we start traveling.

Let us know if you'd like to try an ocean swim or learn to surf with Simon, or go rowing with Jessica (prior rowing experience will be required to go rowing with Jess).

Also we could go for a bike ride along the beach, or fly around in a little plane from Santa Monica.

兴趣

Art (lots) - Jess is a painter, sculptor and book-binder.
Music (all) - Simon is a professional composer for Film / TV / games / advertising. We can both listen to music for hours. We like making up silly songs and playing them on piano and guitar.
Sports - we like mainly Rowing and Triathlon sports.
Flying airplanes (Simon is a private pilot) - let me know if you would like to take a fun flight anywhere, from Santa Monica airport.
