About Me
I was born in the UK, lived most of my life in Australia and about 10 years ago decided to completely change my corporate city Melbourne metropolitan life and moved to a tropical paradise in the high jungle of Peru where I am a sculptor and creator of fantasy immersive environments.
I used couchsurfing quite extensively some years ago when I was road tripping through the USA and Canada and have just decided to jump back on to see what's up for an upcoming trip.
I have met some really incredible people thanks to couchsurfing, and I hope to meet more soon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For me, Couchsurfing is more about meeting like minded people and sharing experiences. While I'm on this road trip, I'm open to taking others around with me! Max 1 person as I only have 1 spare seat.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsuring experience was when I was 17 and I managed to convince my dad to let this guy I met while travelling the year before to stay on our couch. He became a permanent fixture for 3 months – I think dad kind of liked the company. When I finished high school my mate returned the favour when I went to live Scotland.
Since being a member of the Couchsurfing community I’ve hosted, been a host and have met people throughout my travels. I’m always on the lookout for a fellow surfer!
