Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS provides the opportunity to meet locals in whatever country or city I may be visiting. I love meeting new people and I find meeting locals the best way to really learn something about the place I'm at. I also like how people's hospitality makes travelling an entirely different experience.

Listening to and discussing music of almost any genre

Meeting people with a story to tell

Religion - Philosophy - Economy; I love to discuss any topic that's a result of humans trying to make sense of the World.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Parachute course (yes, I jumped out a plane only wearing a jumpsuit and a backpack. Such a weird thing to do for recreation)

As of May 23rd, 2015, I have cliffjumped from 50 ft into what seemed to be a tiny puddle of water

Kayaked the Statue of Liberty

Completed numerous semesters of engineering college without dying (scary stuff, I know)

I can teach you some Danish - we have some pretty interesting vowels (æ ø å) - I bet you can't pronounce those
