About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To learn about people from all languages, cultures and backgrounds. And to share what I have learned (healing, open-mindedness, connections) with those that I meet.
ABOUT ME
I work in life coaching and personal development. So basically I help people to be happy, healthy and successful. It's never a boring job. My passion is travel, meeting new people and seeing new places. Lately I have been lucky to combine work and travel so I travel to new places and do coaching seminars.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is that everything we seek (life, love, joy, wisdom, abundance) is inside of us. We access it through an inner journey rather than an outer one. And I put my philosophy into practice by teaching people how to go on this inner journey and find what they seek.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to couch surfing - actually I have been aware of it through friends for years but now that I am travelling a lot more I am keen to try it out.
Interests
Love food, Thai food, Indian food, Ukrainian food, Chinese food, Lebanese food, Mexican food... Did I mention I enjoy good?
I love my gadgets, my bag has more electronics than clothing. (Somewhat sad but true.)
I scuba dive (well I live in he tropics, its like swimming in my back yard!), I have German shepherd dogs who are like my children. I speak Spanish (spent a year backpacking South America) and pick up languages pretty easily on the whole, though it takes work of course.
Mostly my interests are in other people and figuring them out and getting to know them. That's why I work as a coach and trainer.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love books on personal development (especially Tim Ferriss and Neil Strauss), spirituality (especially Osho), magical realism (Gabriel Marcia Marquez) and fantasy comedy (Terry Pratchett).
TV: love Doctor Who, Mentalist, Person of Interest, Game of Thrones, Being Human, Perception, etc etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know about amazing things done, it sounds a bit egoistical! But I simply try to make the world a better place. It brings me much joy to take away someone's pain or suffering, and this I do every day in my job. Despite being highly skeptical (Taoists are agnostics) I have seen many many miracles in my life, like diseases disappearing from people after a powerful healing conversation. Yep, that would be the most amazing stuff I have seen and done.
I suppose most people talk about travel and adventure and I have had my share. I have been to and made friends in over 80 countries. I have climbed mountains, dived to deep shipwrecks, and generally said "yes" to every possible crazy adventure that presented itself along the way....
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a teacher of personal development and alternative healing with a world wide audience. People use my methods in 20+ countries and I am happy to freely share my ideas with you. What I teach is science and relatively simple to learn, with lasting results.
