Overview
About Me
I grew up in a small village in the middle of Germany. After I finished school I decided to move to Munich for studying where I lived in a small flat not far away from the city center . Since then I'm trying to use every free time I get to travel around the world. Well - I ended up in Düsseldorf for now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here because I think it's one of the best ways to get to know countries and cultures, meet new people and make unique experiences! I love to explore new things, such as e.g. new types of food, activities and so on... so I'm always grateful for good tips!
If you want to hang out and have a nice time I'm the right guy :)
Interests
I want to see and visit different cultures and countries as much as possible. I enjoy going out and having a beer as well as hanging out with some friends and have a nice chat or something. Also I'm interested in watching and playing football sometimes.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really enjoy listening to Indie-Rock music but anyway I'm a very straightforward person so I enjoy to listen to a lot of other different kinds of music as long if it's good.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Pulling my friends VW minibus out of the mudflat in Amsterdam.
Watching the sunset from the Sugarloaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro after hiking up there (and afterwards back through the dark jungle).
Visiting the Iguazu Falls, the most impressive place i've ever seen.
Riding by bike to "the end of the world" (Cape St. Vincent, Portugal).
Visiting Brazil again during the FIFA World Cup 2014.
Teach, Learn, Share
Since I'm studying astrophysicist I could tell you a lot about stars, planets and everything what's going on out there in the universe. I'll promise you'd be felling really small afterwards! ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I could tell some quite funny stories about my journeys (especially from my trips to Brazil)! And I learned how to prepare "Pão de queijo" (Brazilian Cheese Bread) and would love to share this with hosts and guests. They're just unbelievably delicious!
