ABOUT ME

hey i'm simon, currently living in berlin. getting in touch with people and places and myself. i love to spend my time reading, listening, talking, singing (mostly to myself), thinking, being. it's a great experience to get to know different people and their take on life - at least sometimes. there's a certain undercurrent of misanthtropy and pessimism to everything i do, but nevermind - at the same time i am a great fan of friendliness, politeness and company.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we've had quite a lot of guests in our flat in berlin so far, and it has always been an amazing time. friendships have formed, and the joy and happiness we experienced with people have been incredible. now i'm looking forward to travel more myself and hope to get to know great people during great journeys.

i can play the piano and the bass guitar...even though i´m not playing as regularly as i used to. ooh, and i enjoy cooking, so i could make a (hopefully) nice vegetarian meal for you! i'm interested in languages, so if you can teach me a line of your favourite poem or a good swearword, i'd be happy to share my favourites with you.
