About Me

I live at the nudist/naturist town of Charco del Palo on Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. I host Couchsurfers who are naturists or who would like to experience naturism. Naturism a way of life in harmony with nature characterised by the practice of communal nudity with the intention of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and for the environment.

I like people to stay AT LEAST 4 NIGHTS because it can take some time to reach the isolated area where I am. There is a bus to Mala and then a subsidised taxi that meets the bus twice a day or a 30 minute walk from Mala to Charco del Palo

You may need to come out of your comfort zone to be here, but if for any reason being naked in public is going too far out of your comfort zone, then this may not be the couch for you...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems that all the crazy souls brave enough to stay with a stranger in another country are all of the same mindset and vibration. We connect instantly in a way that others don't. That instant friendship thats greatest based on a love of adventure and a trust for humanity.

"The two most important days in your life are the day you were born, and the day you find out why." (Mark Twain)

I am a Couchsurfing Ambassador and am always happy to share my experiences of hosting over 500 travelers from forty countries and am still enthusiastic for more...

Interests

I will be interested in your country, what is happenning there and what you think about it.

I came to live in Ireland 16 years ago and last year I became an Irish citizen. I am interested in helping you, if you would also like to live in Ireland.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) During The 90's I was the Creator, Organizer and Driver of the 'Midnight Express' Cannabis Smokers bus from London to Amsterdam. I have a few stories from those times :)

I was at the office of a truck company looking for a job just at the moment one of Metallica's truck drivers fell off the truck and broke his leg. I suddenly found myself part of Metallica's 2004 tour of Europe. An experience I will not soon forget.
